When online check-in becomes available for your reservation, gather each traveler’s identification information and photo, your emergency contact, and payment details. Save your Port Arrival Form to your phone after check-in; a printed backup is never a bad idea.

If you are flying to Orlando, we recommend arriving Thursday, December 16. A night near Orlando or Port Canaveral gives you breathing room and keeps a Friday travel delay from becoming a very stressful race to the ship.

Disney uses rotational dining: your party visits different main dining rooms while the same serving team travels with you. Check your reservation and the Navigator app for your assigned rotation and dining time.

Specialty and adult-exclusive dining may require advance reservations and added cost. Availability, inclusions, and booking windows can change, so confirm them directly with Disney.

Once at sea, switch on airplane mode before connecting to the ship’s wireless network. This helps prevent cellular roaming while still allowing you to use supported onboard features.

Confirm the next day’s schedule and all-aboard time. The island has beaches, transportation, activities, lunch, and facilities, so a wonderful day does not require an elaborate excursion. Returning to the ship during the call may be possible, subject to the day’s procedures.
