Ceremony
What is the dress code for the ceremony and reception?
We are so glad you packed your beach wear—you will be using it! For the ceremony and reception, though, we are borrowing a little cruise lingo and inviting you to “Dress your Best!” This will be an indoor, formal wedding rather than a beach-themed celebration, and a photographer will be with us throughout the festivities. Where is the ceremony located?
The ceremony will be held in the Grand Hall, the ship’s atrium.
What time is the ceremony?
The ceremony will take place on Day 2 in Nassau, but we will not receive the confirmed time until 45 days before sailing.
Are children allowed at the ceremony?
Children are allowed at the ceremony, but we strongly encourage using the Disney Cruise Line kids club (it’s free!). We know a wedding ceremony can be boring and your kids would have a lot more fun elsewhere! Please let us know in your RSVP if you will plan to have your children at the ceremony so we can plan seating accordingly. They are welcome at the reception afterwards or can also remain in the kids club – parents choice!
Am I allowed to take photos or videos during the ceremony?
We are paying to have a professional photographer get all of the good shots! We understand your excitement and feel free to snap a quick photo, but we ask that you leave all photography to the professionals.

Reception
Where is the reception located?
The reception will be held in The Bayou on Deck 3, midship, immediately following the ceremony.
Travel
Which airport is closest to fly into?
Orlando International Airport (MCO).
Where should I stay if I arrive early or extend my trip?
We are exploring room-block options for guests who will need a hotel room before or after the cruise. We will share more information as soon as those details are available.
How will I get to and from the cruise terminal?
Transportation details to and from Port Canaveral are forthcoming. We are exploring group transportation options and will share more information as soon as plans are confirmed.
How far is Port Canaveral from Orlando International Airport?
Port Canaveral is approximately one hour from Orlando International Airport.
Cruise
Can I book the cruise myself instead of using Natasha?
Yes, you’re welcome to book directly with Disney Cruise Line if you prefer. Natasha is our recommended travel advisor because she can help coordinate your reservation with our wedding group, assist with Disney Cruise Line questions and planning milestones, and may provide onboard credit depending on your booking. Using Natasha is not required. You’ll find her contact details on our Booking page.
Which stateroom are the bride and groom located in?
We will be located in stateroom 6196.
Where can I find my Disney Cruise Line information?
Disney Cruise Line information can be found in the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app.
Am I able to book shore excursions?
The wedding ceremony and reception will take place on Day 2 in Nassau, so we encourage guests to book excursions of their choosing on Day 3 at Castaway Cay. The timing of the ceremony and reception on Day 2 will not be known until 45 days before sailing. If you booked through a travel agent, they can also assist you with booking shore excursions.
